About the artists

Buse Aksel was born in 2003 in İstanbul. In 2011, she was accepted into Mimar Sinan Fine Art University Istanbul State Conservatovary as a part time student. She started studying with Asli Özbayrak Çivicioğlu. She continued her violin lessons full time in 2013.

She has participated in master classes given by Çiğdem İyicil, Pelin Halkacı Akın and Misha Nodelmann. In 2018, she gave her first recital. As a member of Vita Trio she has received the first prize at the CaspiArt Competition in Azerbaijan.
Buse Aksel is currently a student at the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University State Conservatory.

Özge Koruk was born in 2002 in Istanbul. In 2015, she was admitted to the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University Istanbul State Conservatory with 7th grade level examination. She started her violin education with Mehmet Yasemin and has been continuing music education as a violist with Banu Yinal since 2017.

She has participated in master classes by Lukas David, Bernhard Hartog, Vladimir Bukac, Jan Fišer, Iva Návratová and Miguel Kertsmann. She has performed in concerts as a soloist and in an ensemble. As a member of Vita Trio she has received the first prize at the CaspiArt Competition in Azerbaijan. Özger Koruk is currently a student at the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University State Conservatory.

Ekin Karadaş was born in 2003 in Ankara. She started studying piano at the Social Studies Foundation for Culture and Arts at the age of 7. Later, she continued her piano education in Kadıköy Public Education Center. In 2013-2014, she was accepted into the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University Istanbul State Conservatory as a full-time student. She first started piano lessons with Zeynep Yamantürk and then continued her education with Gülden Gökşen.

She has participated in master classes given by Vincenzo Balzani, Ayami Ikeba, and Alfredo Perl. Ekin has been a prize winner at national and international competitions in Turkey, Italy, and as a member of Vita Trio received the first prize at the CaspiArt Competition in Azerbaijan. In 2017, she was honored with a certificate of appreciation by Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University Istanbul State Conservatory.

Ekin Karadaş has given several solo performances and chamber music concerts with Vita Trio. She gave her first recital in April 2018.
Ekin is currently a student at the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University State Conservatory.
